✨ Book Review ✨If Not for My Baby by Kate Go ✨ Book Review ✨If Not for My Baby by Kate Golden is a rockstar romance that follows singer Halloran and his backup singer, Clementine. They navigate their romance while being on tour together in the US.⭐️⭐️⭐️
🌶️🌶️🌶️
Tropes: rockstar romance, he falls first, forced proximity, miscommunicationThe cover immediately drew me in with its gorgeous colors and the intensity between the characters. Kate Golden’s writing was beautiful and hooked me from the first page. I loved reading about how Halloran and Clementine’s relationship unfolded on tour, and seeing Clementine’s growth as she balanced caring for her mother with a chronic illness while following her dreams. My only drawbacks were that the story sometimes felt a little too fanfic-ish and I’m not a fan of miscommunication.Overall, I really enjoyed If Not for My Baby and would recommend it to anyone who loves rockstar romances.Have you read If Not for My Baby?
